Castleton University Curling Club is happy to announce their first ever Disco-Spiel!! This spiel will be hosted at Plymouth State University September 26-28! The spiel will be limited to 16 teams, 8 teams will be college curlers, and 8 teams will be made up of non-collegiate curlers (Yes alumni that means you can come back and play!!) The two groups will not be playing against each other (that's against the rules in a collegiate event) but at opposite ends of the draw. There will be 2 hours of allotted practice on Friday night as this will be the first spiel and likely the first time back curling for a lot of folks. The 1st collegiate draw will be on Saturday morning at either 8 or 9am official draw schedules to come. You do not need to pay at the time of registration. An electronic invoice will be sent out and the entrance fee of $250 (collegiate only pricing) can either pay online or submit for payment. Rock the Red Carpet Doubles Spiel is happening! It will be hosted at Portage Curling Club on February 20th-22nd. 24 team event! 4 Game Guaranteed. Teams will cost $140. Teams can be made up of a combination. 5 meals provided. We are also planning on providing housing by request from the team to try to make it more affordable.
